Programs start at $380/month for once-a-week training. Most clients land on the $680/month Standard tier. No setup fees, no annual contracts. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.

Half my clients are. The first four weeks are about teaching you how to move — squat, hinge, push, pull, carry. We don't load anything heavy until your form is clean and your body is ready.

Month-to-month. Cancel any time before the next billing cycle, no fees, no awkward exit interview. Sessions don't roll over but you can swap times up to 12 hours in advance.

Yes — for the right person. Virtual works well if you have a home gym and you've trained before. For first-timers, in-person North Miami sessions are non-negotiable for the first 8 weeks.

Tell me everything in our consult. I work with people coming back from disc issues, shoulder surgeries, post-partum, and chronic stuff. If it's beyond my scope I'll refer you to one of three PTs I trust.

Strength changes in 2–3 weeks. You'll feel different. Visible body composition changes show up at week 6–8 if nutrition is dialed in. The 12-week mark is where most clients say it clicked.

For in-person: nothing — I have a private studio in North Miami. For virtual or off-day work: a pair of adjustable dumbbells and a pull-up bar gets you 80% of the way.
