Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-11

These terms govern your use of the Jacobo Crasto Coaching website. By using the site or submitting any form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

This website is operated by Jacobo Crasto, a one-person strength coaching practice based in North Miami, Florida. You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to access non-public areas, and not to scrape, copy, or republish content without written permission. All site content, including text, images, and design, is owned by Jacobo Crasto and provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Booking inquiries and the free guide

The booking form on this site requests a free 15-minute consult; it is not a binding sale or contract. Submitting the form means you are asking to be contacted. Coaching services are sold under a separate written agreement signed at intake, which controls scope, pricing, scheduling, and refunds.

The free downloadable guide is provided as-is for general educational purposes.
