Jacobo Crasto Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a one-person 1-on-1 strength coaching practice based in North Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to provide:
- Booking form: your name, email address, phone number, primary training goal, and any optional notes you include (such as injury history).
- Lead-magnet form: your email address, submitted to receive a free guide.
- Basic analytics: standard server logs (pages visited, referrer, approximate device type), plus Google Analytics 4 (see below). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry and confirm your free 15-minute consult.
- Send the free guide you requested.
- Follow up about coaching services you have asked about.
- Maintain records of communications for our own business operations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Service providers
We use Resend (resend.com) as our transactional email provider. Booking submissions and lead-magnet emails are transmitted through Resend so we can receive your message and reply to you. Resend processes this data on our behalf under their own privacy policy. We may also use standard hosting (Vercel) and a domain registrar; these providers handle data only as needed to deliver the site.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site (for example, which pages are most read and which referrer brought you here). Google Analytics sets cookies and may process your IP address and device information. Data is used only in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it for advertising or to identify individual visitors. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by using your browser's “Do Not Track” or tracker-blocking settings.
Data retention
We keep submitted information only as long as needed to respond to you and run the coaching relationship, plus a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also opt out of any non-transactional follow-up at any time by replying to one of our emails or contacting us directly.
Children
This site and our coaching services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
